If your property experiences a drainage issue and you're not covered under our Fixed-Price Plan, UK Care Guard can still assist you. Depending on our team's availability, we can schedule a visit from a qualified technician. For this service, fees will apply. To arrange a visit, please call us at 02038 832 306. We will discuss and mutually agree on all terms, pricing, and availability over the phone.
Our Fixed-Price Plans
UK Care Guard now offers a variety of Fixed-Price Plans, ensuring that any repair costs from drainage problems are handled by our skilled professionals. This service is provided by UK Care Guard, registered in England & Wales at 15a Montpelier Vale, Blackheath, London, United Kingdom, SE3 0TA (Registration Number: 15268601). All disputes are managed within the UK.
Our plans require a single payment for unlimited home drainage system repairs. You can find the current prices of our Fixed-Price Plans here. These plans are service agreements and not insurance products, hence insurance regulations do not apply.
Under the terms of the contract, subject to certain conditions and limitations, UK Care Guard agrees to cover the cost of repairs by an authorized repairer or product replacement, as organized by us, during the plan period.
Repairs are carried out by Able Group (Viabl Ltd) and contracted by UK Care Guard. Where Able Group is unavailable or unfeasable, a repair may be carried out by another certified company or individual, which will be contracted at UK Care Guard's discreation.
Please note, UK Care Guard does not offer cash settlements or cover repairs by unauthorized third parties outside this contract's scope.

Service Contracts
By requesting and receiving a service, you agree to pay the applicable fees as detailed in our quotes, contracts, or discussed over the phone. Fees are invoiced from the start of your services and in advance for Fixed-Price Plans. In cases of repairs not covered by your plan, all materials used by UK Care Guard remain our property until full payment is made by you.

General Conditions
Plans are contingent upon certain conditions. False or fraudulent statements can void the contract. You are required to maintain the equipment in good working condition and assist us in recovery efforts for any claims. The contract is governed by UK law.
Payments & Plans
UK Care Guard accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Cards via MOTO (Mail Order / Telephone Order) in addition to Invoicing and secure payment links. Telephone orders will be made via our secure line, via the following telephone number: 02038 832 306. Charges will appear as CAREGUARDLIMITED on your statement.
Cancellations & Refunds

Reporting Issues and Seeking Assistance
In case of a breakdown, contact our customer services immediately at 02038 832 306. We will determine if the issue can be resolved over the phone or if a technician visit is necessary. Please keep your product information handy when you call. Should the technician deem the product beyond economic repair, we will discuss replacement options with you on a like-for-like basis.
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint, please email us at [email protected]. We take customer satisfaction seriously and will escalate your concern appropriately. If unresolved, you may contact your local Trading Standards office for further assistance. This service is not regulated by UK Insurance laws, and complaints cannot be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
