At Care Guard Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality boiler cover services. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your service agreement. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can cancel your service agreement with us.

Cancellation by the Customer

Notice Period: Customers wishing to cancel their boiler cover service must notify us within the first 14 days. For the avoidance of doubt, this will be 14 natural days since the cover was purchased.

Refunds: Refunds will only be offered for those who cancel their cover within 14 days AND have not received a service, repair or replacement under the cover plan.

Cancellation by Care Guard Ltd

We reserve the right to cancel the service agreement under certain circumstances, such as non-payment, breach of contract, or other significant reasons.

In cases where we initiate the cancellation, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any service period paid for but not rendered, unless the cancellation is due to breach of contract or non-payment.

Changes to Cancellation Policy
